The first calendar month of hosting and care from launch is included. Ongoing care is optional; cancel future renewals anytime. We confirm your scope, payment dates and any applicable VAT before you agree.

Our focus is service-business websites. Online shops, custom applications and complex integrations are outside the standard brochure-site brief.
- Page count, content responsibilities and features agreed first.
- Revision rounds, delivery stages and handover set out in your quote.
- Optional care includes hosting, routine technical upkeep and one small batch of text or photo updates each month, up to 30 minutes without rollover. New pages, redesigns, telephone support, domain renewals and third-party licences are separate.
- Additional requests are priced and agreed before extra work starts. If you decline or cancel care, arrange alternative hosting before the included or paid period ends.
