Who is responsible

What this public website handles
The website is designed to minimise collection. Approved quick-answer topics in public ZEUS are answered without sending the question to an AI model. Other questions are sent securely to Zarak’s configured AI provider with conversation storage disabled so a response can be generated from approved public service information.
Public ZEUS is deliberately isolated and cannot access Growth OS workspaces, files, provider connections or owner memory. Zarak does not keep a public assistant transcript. A random browser-session identifier and short-lived privacy-preserving technical counters help prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card data, medical information or private client records.
The human-review form does not submit information to a Zarak web server. It prepares an email in your own email application, where you can review the contents before sending.
Why information is used
Assistant questions are used only to provide the requested public answer and protect the service from abuse. Enquiry information is used to respond, understand possible requirements, prepare a proposal where requested, keep an appropriate record and protect Zarak’s legitimate business and legal interests. With your optional Analytics choice, aggregated website-use information is used to understand useful pages and improve public journeys. The relevant lawful basis depends on the context and may include consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests or a legal obligation.
Hosting, logs and external services
The hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, device information and timestamps to deliver and protect the website. Public ZEUS uses the separate Growth OS service as a protected server-side gateway to the configured AI provider. Google Analytics is requested only after an affirmative Analytics choice; advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Links to Growth OS and social platforms open services with their own privacy practices.
Cookies and privacy choices
Necessary browser storage supports public ZEUS, abuse prevention and the saved privacy choice. Optional Google Analytics remains blocked unless you allow it. No advertising pixel is currently configured. Read the cookie information and use “Privacy choices” in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw optional categories.
Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by necessary providers such as hosting, AI processing, Google Analytics when consented, business email and professional advisers. Zarak does not sell enquiry information. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate safeguards should be assessed as part of the service arrangement.
Retention and rights
Assistant conversations are not retained by Zarak as chat history. Technical rate-limit records are designed to expire after their short operational purpose. Analytics retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics property and should be kept to the shortest period that meets the stated measurement purpose. Enquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, possible work, record-keeping and legal requirements. Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
